Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy is 2-10 days. Certain products are very fast moving and it is absolutely not possible to anticipate the same prior to your order. Hence, if products you order cannot be shipped immediately within 2 to 3 days, an official e-mail or whatsapp to the given customer data will be initiated and the order will be followed through the same channel. Products with zero inventory shall be re-manufactured in a short span and hence, such products will not be updated with zero status in inventory. Therefore, the above personal follow-up is required for satisfactory customer handling, and non-cooperation or delay in response for the same shall not be blamed with us.
International shipping is possible and the same will be handled through official INDIAPOST channels only.
Return / Refunds Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day have passed since your receipt of goods, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return / refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally you should have reported to the concerned through official e-mail or whatsapp within 1 day of receipt of goods. Product received and found damaged shall be refunded subject to the return of damaged goods. Prior to decision of return, refund token has to be sought officially by raising concern via whatsapp to +91 6382649560.

But if exchange is requested for reasons other than those stated above, customer has to bear the overall logistics, and the same shall be decided (yes / no) by us after escalation of exchange request through email or whatsapp.However, ready to wear items cannot be exchanged by any means.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.. Further follow-up for alternative product will be handled via whatsapp only.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
